I don’t believe in using self-hypnosis to out and out lie to myself. For example: I would NOT try to control a sugar habit by trying to hypnotize myself into believing ‘I love carrots’ when I actually do not love carrots. I believe in using self-hypnosis into convincing myself of the truth. What is that truth?
((( SUGAR IS A HIGHLY ADDICTIVE POISON!! )))
Too much sugar for too long will cause all kinds of physical problems, like diabetes. So, I believe in using self-hypnosis to attach an image of myself diabetic in a wheelchair taking shots of insulin every day every time I am tempted to eat sugary things. Yes, it’s a painfully scary thing to do with self-hypnosis, but it is a subconscious programming that I feel confident will work in harmony with how the movie Super Size Me worked at INSTANTLY changing my mind whenever I think of eating at McDonalds.
