To truly know oneself
Is what advanced meditation is all about
It’s about stopping the world of thoughts
And directly examining the nature of one’s being
The breath being the main vehicle
That keeps one centered on
The moment: NOW
The path to conquering oneself
Is through the attainment
Of inner-silence
It is through inner-silence
That we can get a glimpse
Past our egos into the core
Of our true natures
And the infinite power of creation
That is our inherited birthright
