Take a Hike

One day a man went hiking off the designated walkway and got lost in the mountains. Luckily he had his cell phone and, at times, would get a clear connection from deep in the mountains. As he called 911 for help he was relieved that his phone was working perfectly and a woman answered:


911 OPERATOR: Police emergency 911 may I help you?

LOST HIKER: Yes. I went hiking and got lost in the mountains!

911 OPERATOR: Where in the mountains?

LOST HIKER: If I knew that I wouldn’t be lost, stupid!

911 OPERATOR: Guess what? You’re on your own, wiseass! (click)

LOST HIKER: Hello? Hello??? Hello? HELLO?????? Hello? Hell…(static)
